Negotiating and managing compensation claims on behalf of landowners and occupiers affected by third party access including water pipelines, electricity and gas mains.

GIS Mapping
Production of GIS plans for a range of purposes including for submission to Land Registry, general ownership plans, cropping maps and boundary changes.

  • Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV).
  • BSc (Hons) Rural Enterprise and Land Management – Harper Adams University


Hobbies & Interests

Member and current Secretary of Kirklinton Young Farmers Club, skiing, r unning and w alking.



I grew up on the family farm in North Yorkshire before going to University. I joined H&H in 2014 as a placement student before returning as a graduate and then qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor. I still remain actively involved in the farm, returning on weekends.
