Now Managing Director of H&H Land & Estates, Colin joined Michael CL Hodgson, Chartered Surveyors, Valuers, Auctioneers, Estate and Land Agents in 1977 and was the Managing Director 2005 to 2015 and developed a highly successful business.

- Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester from 1974 – 1977
- Fellow of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
- Fellow of The Association of Agricultural Valuers.
