Referral Services

This disclosure form acts as confirmation of fees, commission payments or other benefits that H&H Land & Estates may receive from ancillary service providers for recommending their services to you.

These fees, commission payments or other benefits, do not alter the retail price you would normally pay for these products/services. Whilst we introduce these services, as we believe you may benefit from them, you are under no obligation to use these services, and you should consider your options before accepting any third parties’ terms and conditions.

Any agreed payments are only received upon the successful completion of the business service provided. The fees quoted below are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate of 20%.

The Referral fee is separate from your obligation to pay our own fees or commission.

We work with a number of local solicitors who provide conveyancing services: Wragg Mark Bell, Bendles, Butterworths, Scott Duff and Co. On completed transactions they pay referral fees to us from their own budgets so that any referral fee is not an additional cost to you. The average fee (depending upon firm chosen) is in the region of £100.00 plus VAT.

We offer an auction service through Auction House Cumbria Ltd. Should you accept the auction services, and a sale of your property completes through the auction, they pay a referral fee of 1% to us from their own budgets so that any referral fee is not an additional cost to you.

We refer new tenants to the Tenant Shop, who are a utility management company and supplier of tenant Insurance and financial protection.  Should a tenant take a service through the Tenant Shop, we receive a referral fee paid to us from their own budgets so that any referral fee is not an additional cost to you.
