Background

Grew up on a small upland sheep farm in East Cumbria. I attended Askham Bryan College near York in 2010, studying a National Diploma in Agriculture before going to Newcastle University to study Agriculture and Business Management in 2012 . After I graduated, I spent some time working in New Zealand as a Shepherdess on a large station and then went travelling afterwards. I then did various seasonal jobs working on sheep and dairy farms, before I decided I wanted to pursue a career in Land Agency. I enrolled on a part- time Master in 2016 and worked for a few Land Agency firm in the Northeast. I became a Fellow of the CAAV in December 2019. Moved back to the Northwest in 2020 and live on a upland sheep and beef farm in the Trough of Bowland. I qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in June 2022. I joined H & H Land & Estates in early 2023.
