Janette joined H&H Land & Estates in January 2022, having worked at East Durham College for the past 18 years in the position of Recruitment Officer responsible for end-to-end recruitment and a wide range of other administrative tasks. Janette was involved in recruitment for the agricultural education part of the college, gaining an understanding of the industry.

Outside of work, Janette enjoys walking her two dogs Tilly & Toby and socialising with family & friends.
