I have 35 years of experience in sales and lettings of residential, commercial and since joining H&H in 2011 farming properties.

I pride myself in seeing every sale/letting from start to finish and understanding our client’s needs and requirements in relation to a sale.

My role includes:

• Inspecting every farm or piece of land we market
• Preparing sales particulars with all relevant information
• Coordinating the marketing of the property
• Liaising with interested parties
• Negotiating a sale/letting
• Guiding both parties through the legal process.

I also assist our team of Land Agents with all other aspects of their work including Basic Payment Scheme applications, Environmental Schemes, Mapping and wherever else I can!

Hobbies & Interests

Most sports (watching rather than participating), my first love is football due to family rivalries but my son has always said the house could burn down around us if rugby and snooker were on the TV.

Spending time with my family and my Labrador.
