Landlord and Tenant
In depth knowledge of landlord and tenant issues relating to Farm Business Tenancies, Agricultural Holdings Act and Residential Tenancies.
Experience in the preparation of tenancy agreements, rent reviews, dilapidation claims and repair notices, notices to quit, succession and tenancy surrenders.

Compensation
Wide experience in negotiating and managing compensation claims on behalf of landowners and occupiers affected by water pipelines, electricity and gas mains

Property Sales and Acquisitions
Dealing with all aspects of land and rural property sales and acquisitions.
Ability to effectively market and present your property

Education & Qualifications
Graduated for Harper Adams University College in 2010 with a BSc (Hons) in Rural Enterprise and Land Management
Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
Fellow of Central Association of Agricultural Valuers

Background
Brought up on a small hill farm in Cumbria and remaining actively involved in the day to day running of the farm. Married with three young children.
