· Specialist in agri-environmental agreements on common land
Ecology & Biodiversity Net Gain
· Experienced farm environmental surveyor, specialising in all upland habitats, including heathland, moorland and hay meadows
· Biodiversity Net Gain: baseline surveys, Statutory Metric Calculations, advice on habitat mitigation and enhancement, Habitat Management & Monitoring Plans
· Ecological surveys: UKHab, Phase 1, National Vegetation Classification (NVC) & BEHTA (Baseline Environmental for Higher Tier Agreements)

· BASIS Certificate in Conservation Management & Register of Environmental Advisors
Hobbies & Interests
I enjoy playing badminton, fell walking and playing the electric guitar
Background
After 13 years working in marketing for various financial institutions, I decided to change career and returned to college to study upland conservation. I joined H&H as their first specialist Environmental Advisor in 2006.
