Experience:

I began my career in the retail sector, starting as a store manager before moving into multi-site management for several fashion brands. Later, I transitioned into operations, taking on the role of Head of Operations at a financial services firm. With over 16 years of experience in people and operational management, I’m passionate about building supportive teams and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

 

Hobbies and interests:

In my spare time I will either be out hiking or sitting reading a good book, I am particularly keen on reading crime thrillers. I also enjoy running, yoga, and travelling.

 

Background:

I grew up in a town in Gloucestershire called Dursley and moved to Cumbria in 2018 with my husband and our two cats.

 

My Happy Place:

Buttermere is my favourite place in Cumbria; I love hiking up Haystacks and then finishing up with a cuppa and a slice of cake in the Café.
