Landlord & Tenant  

Management of Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 tenancies, Farm Business Tenancies and Grazing Licences. Creating tenancies and providing advice on all aspects of the Landlord/Tenant relationship, including rent reviews and repairing obligations. Day to day management of the agricultural land portfolio of one of the country’s largest house builders.

Sales and Lettings of Rural Property

Experienced in the sale and letting of a variety of rural property, including farms, small holdings and bare land.

Utilities, Access and Compensation

Acting on behalf of a range clients, including landowners, tenants and utility companies when access is required onto private land for installation, replacements or repairs of apparatus. Negotiating access and compensation for any loss and disturbance. 

Education & Qualifications

•              MRICS – Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)

•              Honours Degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management, Harper Adams University, graduating in 2018.
