Pauline started out in the industry as a junior with a Warwickshire independent agency in 1997 and soon worked her way through the ranks to become the Lettings Manager with the same firm, a position she held for over 20 years. With a love of Cumbria and The Lake District, she later fulfilled a long held dream to relocate. 

She has a desire to deliver unrivalled customer service to both landlords and tenants and together with her team of experienced professionals, will endeavour to be the best at what they do.

Alongside her role as Lettings Manager here, Pauline also represents the professional body Propertymark as the ARLA Regional Executive for Lancashire and Cumbria. 

Outside of the office she loves walking, hiking, running, reading, cooking and kayaking.
