Background

I grew up in South Lakes whilst attending Windermere School before completing a degree in Real Estate at Northumbria University.

Qualified as a Commercial Property Surveyor in 2019 and worked across the North East, Yorkshire and Cumbria.  I now live in the Eden Valley and made the switch to the rural sector in early 2025 moving work and life back to Cumbria.

  • Landlord & Tenant

Providing professional advice on matters relating to the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986, Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995, grazing and cropping licences, and residential tenancies.

Significant expertise in commercial lease advisory conducting rent reviews, lease re-gears and renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, including acting as an Expert Witness in landlord and tenant disputes.

  • Estate & Asset Management

Experience in estate management across Cumbria, acting on behalf of a range of landed estates with diverse portfolios including agricultural land, farms, residential properties, quarries, commercial premises, and sporting rights.

Strong background in the management of a variety of commercial property assets, including retail portfolios, multi-let business parks, offices and industrial estates.

  • Telecommunications

Advising clients on telecommunications matters including Electronic Communications Code agreements, lease renewals, rent reviews, and the negotiation of telecommunications mast agreements.

  • Valuations

Experienced in the valuation of a broad range of asset types for a variety of purposes.
