We're opening two new offices in South Lakes!

As part of the company’s continuing expansion in the South Lakes region, we are delighted to announce a major relocation for our Kendal Residential Property and Land Agency teams to two new locations.

Building on many years of growth and success that have made H&H Land & Estates one of Cumbria’s leading independent property agencies, we are separating our multi-disciplinary practice, currently sharing premises at 36 Finkle Street in Kendal, into two divisions to be based at new locations with scope for further growth and development. Relocating in September this year, our Estate Agency and Residential Lettings division will move to Branthwaite Brow, while our Land Agency department, will move to Staveley.

Enhancing our highly successful residential sales, lettings, and professional valuations services right at the heart of Kendal town centre, the Residential Property and Lettings team will maintain a high street presence at 48 Branthwaite Brow, under the management of South Lakes Branch Manager Alex Bibby.

Headed by Associate Director Rachel Bagshaw, our Land Agency department, incorporating valuations, sales and management of estates, land and property, environmental matters, and forestry, will soon be based at the Cumbria Tourism Business Centre, Windermere Road, Staveley. With open plan offices, excellent conference facilities and parking for clients and visitors, the new location at the gateway to the Lake District will serve as an ideal hub to provide the growing range of land management, environmental and specialist services to clients across Cumbria, Lancashire and Yorkshire.
