H&H Land & Estates this week launch to the market two notable north Cumbrian livestock farms to be sold by Public Auction. These are the 253 acre East Farm near Wigton, and the 82 acre Fowlpool Farm near Heads Nook.

Both farms are being sold as a whole or in lots. East Farm has an overall guide price of £2,650,000 , and Fowlpool is being sold with an overall guide price of £990,000. Both farms will be sold by public auction on Wednesday 27th April in Ring 1, Borderway Mart, Carlisle.

Located on the fringe of the village of Blennerhasset, the 253-acre East Farm, is a ringfenced livestock farm, with a large, traditional, four bedroom farmhouse, and a range of modern and traditional agricultural buildings. This is in addition to a plot of land right with stone barn on the edge of the village of Blennerhasset which could be suitable for development, subject to the relevant planning permissions.

East Farm, is a characteristic farm, offering a diverse range of opportunities. The land, which has the farmhouse and outbuilding as its central focus, is excellent quality, ringfenced grazing and mowing land as well as some good arable cropping land.
