In total, the land extends to approximately 13.78 acres (5.58 hectares) of grassland, with a general purpose building included, and benefits from roadside frontage.
The boundaries are a mixture of post and rail and post and wire fencing, with some sparse mature hedgerows. The Tenant will be responsible for their maintenance and repair.
Rights of Way and Wayleaves
The land will be let subject to all existing Wayleaves, rights of way and easements. The Landlord or his agents reserves the right to walk on the land for inspection.
The Agreement
The land will be let on an annual agreement. A copy of the proposed tenancy agreement is available to view upon request. The rent for the agreement will be payable annually in advance. The Tenant will be responsible for insuring his own stock, crops and equipment. The Tenant will not be allowed to sub-let or part with possession of any part of the Holding or to share occupation of the holding under any circumstances.
