Terms and Conditions

Referring a friend is easy. All you need to do is recommend our lettings services to anyone who is looking to let out their property.

This Refer a Friend scheme is open to existing landlords who have an active agreement with H&H Land & Estates. When your friend contacts us and mentions your name, we’ll make sure to credit you with two months of free management fees up to a value of £150 including vat and your friend will receive a £100 (including vat) discount on their set up fee.

To activate the scheme, the referred friend must sign a property management agreement with us, it does not matter if their property comes on as a Let Only or a Fully Managed. However, it’s only one offer per household.
