Over £5 million of sales by auction!

WOW! What a fantastic auction we had on Wednesday 27th April 2022 for the sale of Fowlpool Farm at Hornsby Gate and East Farm (and land) at Blennerhasset! It was an exciting auction with both farms seeing competitive bidding. It felt great to be back in the ring at a public auction, feeling the buzz around the room. 

Fowlpool was sold as a whole for £1,420,000. Fowlpool Farm (Hornsby Gate) is an excellent stock farm extending in total to 82.80 acres (33.51ha).

East Farm & Associated Land at Blennerhasset was sold in lots for the following amounts:

• Lot 1 - £1,750,000 | Farm Steading & 135.63 acres
• Lot 2 - £465,000 | 34.17 acres (£13,608 per acre)
• Lot 3 - £605,000 | 43.72 acres (£13,838 per acre)
• Lot 4 - £110,000 | 5.61 acres (£19,607 per acre)
• Lot 5 - £80,000 | 1.41 acres (£56,737 per acre)
• Lot 6 - £100,000 | Potential development site 0.12 acre
• Lot 7 - £168,000 | 10.92 acres (£15,384 per acre)
• Lot 8 - £380,000 | 19.15 acres (£19,843 per acre)

Total for East Farm & Associated Land: £3,658,000.
