Land & Property Specialists Appoint Director for its Durham Office
North of England based H&H Land & Estates promotes Chartered Surveyor Tim Sedgewick, to the role of Director
H&H Land & Estates, land and property specialists operating across the north of England and southern Scotland, have announced the promotion of Tim Sedgewick to Director. Tim is a highly regarded and respected member of the H&H Land & Estates team, who has been with the company since 2012, originally starting as a Graduate Surveyor. Working across the north of England and North Yorkshire, Tim will continue to oversee the Durham office, and further seek to grow and develop the business presence and service across all geographical locations.
Brought up on a farm in South Durham, Tim has been involved in the agricultural industry his whole life. He is a graduate of Harper Adams University with both a degree in Business Management and Marketing, and a Masters in Rural Estate & Land Management.
Commenting Tim said: “I am thrilled to receive this promotion and I am looking forward to taking on new responsibilities. I have a background in rural and commercial property, and I am passionate about rural issues. We are facing some challenging times for both the property and rural sectors and as a company we have a wealth of knowledge and expertise, meaning we are ideally suited to advise and support our customers to ensure that they maximise all opportunities.”
