Key Promotion for Future Growth
In the latest development in our continuing expansion across the North of England, we are delighted to announce the promotion of Robert Jauneika MRICS FAAV to the role of Associate Director and Head of Land Agency for Yorkshire.
Brought up in rural Wensleydale, Robert joined H&H Land & Estates in February 2019, as a Chartered Surveyor. Since this time Robert has provided a wide range of rural professional advisory and land agency services from the company’s Durham office and he has helped develop the business, the company’s geographical spread and client portfolio. His promotion highlights our commitment to growth and to the professional advancement of inhouse talent.
Commenting Robert Jauneika said “Working with H&H Land & Estates over the past several years has been an exceptional time for me. I have been delighted to be part of the company’s development and to help expand our client base and the support we give to our clients, with an ever-increasing amount in my home county of Yorkshire. I’m looking forward to helping grow the business further and supporting my colleagues in their professional development in my new role.”
As an Associate Director based in H&H Land & Estates’ Durham office, as well as helping drive business growth, Robert will continue to act on behalf of a growing number of clients in a wide variety of professional matters, including: the residential and commercial development of land - advising on option and promotion agreements in respect of clients land; utilities and compensation matters, compulsory purchase, landlord & tenant, telecommunications leases, estate and asset management, and the sales and lettings of rural property.
In particular, Robert leads our valuation team across the North East and Yorkshire, being an RICS Registered Valuer, able to undertake ‘RICS Red Book’ valuations for a variety of purposes, including secured lending, taxation and court proceedings. Robert is often instructed by the Court as a Single Joint Expert in legal proceedings relating to the valuation of rural property.
“This is such a well-deserved promotion,” says H&H Land & Estates Director, Tim Sedgewick, “and we are thrilled to be able to offer Robert this chance to advance to another level within the company. His journey with us has been a testament to his dedication, hard work, and an unwavering commitment to our Firm's vision and mission.
“His years of consistent achievement, not only in progressing our business but also in delivering exceptional results for our clients, has been great to see. Robert is also a qualified RICS Assessor for the Assessment of Professional Competence (the assessment process leading to becoming a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor), so in his enhanced role he will now take the lead in advising our prospective APC candidates across the business, ensuring that they are provided with the mentorship and guidance essential for their professional development.”
