We're expanding into North Yorkshire!

We are delighted to announce the opening of a shared new office with H&H Insurance Brokers in Northallerton that will serve as a platform for their growing service for clients in North Yorkshire.

The new Northallerton hub is a major landmark in the continuing expansion of both companies across the North of England. We will share premises at Thornfield Business Park, on Standard Way, offering a growing range of market leading Land Agency, Property and Insurance Broking services to new and existing clients.

This is a very exciting step for both companies and our teams, we have been serving a growing number of clients in North Yorkshire for some time and we can now offer our comprehensive range of complimentary services under one roof. There is huge synergy between the two companies and our client bases, primarily in the agricultural and rural business sectors, and we believe that we can offer a special value that reflects our deep roots in the northern rural economy, supported by our commitment to the highest standards of service.

We have built a reputation for excellence across the north in supporting rural, farming and landowning clients with a full spectrum of land agency matters, including valuations, development advice, sales and lettings, landlord & tenant matters, telecoms masts and advice on farming and environmental issues, to name a few. The team in Northallerton will be headed by newly appointed Associate Director and Head of Land Agency (Yorkshire), Robert Jauneika, whose own background in North Yorkshire gives him a personal insight into the area.

Following our move to new offices premises at Staveley in the Lake District this year, we now have a network of eight H&H Land & Estates offices across the North of England. We have a growing client base that needs us to be on hand to support them when they need it and we feel very welcome in North Yorkshire. We’re delighted to have this new hub in Northallerton to further build our service offering in the area and very much look forward to meeting both new and existing clients in our new North Yorkshire office.

Commercial Director Chris Clement says the company will serve many of the same clients as its sister company, side by side in the Northallerton office. “Over the last few years, H&H Insurance Brokers has gone through a significant period of growth and this office will allow us to build on our growing reputation across the North East and Yorkshire.”

Heading up the Northallerton team for H&H Insurance Brokers is Account Executive, Corinne Cooper, who lives on the family’s mixed arable, cattle and sheep farm, near Hartlepool. Corinne joined H&H Insurance Brokers over 12 months ago and said: “This is a very exciting venture for our company as we build on the great connections we have already established.  By opening the office in Northallerton, we will be on hand in the local area which will be reassuring for our clients when they need us.
