APC Success: Well done Louise!
H&H Land & Estates’ Surveyor, Louise Stones, passes her APC to become a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor
We are delighted to report that, Louise Stones (Rural Surveyor in our Durham and Northallerton offices), has successfully completed her APC (Assessment of Professional Competence) qualifications to become a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor. Louise has competed this professional qualification alongside completing her daily professional work since joining H&H Land & Estates in 2020.
The APC is a period of structured practical training and professional development that ends with the final assessment and ensures that candidates joining the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) are competent to practice as a Chartered Surveyor. The designation of Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) is an internationally recognised and respected mark of professional excellence and integrity.
This achievement has been described as a key milestone in a surveyor’s professional development and Louise, is understandably over the moon to reach this important career milestone: “I am so pleased to have passed the RICS APC to become a Chartered Surveyor, I am excited to progress further in my career with H&H Land & Estates. The APC process is extremely tough and I couldn’t have achieved it without the support of the whole H&H Land & Estates team, although I must give a special mention to Robert Jauneika, Tim Sedgewick and Hannah Maynard – a huge thank you to them all!”
Louise first came to H&H Land & Estates as a student completing her placement year, before she joined us full-time as a Graduate Surveyor. Louise has since become an integral member of our team, and we are very pleased to congratulate her on achieving her MRICS having seen all the hard-work she has put in over the years. It is all down to Louise’s commitment to her career and development that she has earned the entitlement to use MRICS after her name, which she should be rightly proud of.
A graduate of Harper Adams University, Louise lives in Brompton on Swale, and she is particularly looking forward to helping us with our recent expansion into North Yorkshire: “Having just opened our office in Northallerton, I am excited to help grow the business in this area and work with both new and existing clients.”
We offer professional services including AMC, estate management, landlord and tenant, site acquisition and development, common land and conservation, renewables and woodland management.
The new Northallerton hub is a major landmark in the continuing expansion of the company across the North of England, and can be found at Thornfield Business Park, on Standard Way, offering a growing range of market leading Land Agency and Property services to new and existing clients.
